Okay, if it's hands and feet, it's just poor circulation. I have that too, your blood doesn't flow quickly enough or very much to your hands and feet because they're the ends of your limbs.
(Sometimes, when it gets bad, your nose gets super cold, right?)
What you do is clench your fists then spread out your fingers.
Do this quickly and repeat for a minute or so.
With your feet, move your toes around a bunch and move your ankles in circles.
